At Holistic Hearing & Wellness, care is thoughtfully individualized. Each patient begins with an in-depth comprehensive consultation with Dr. Tricia Scaglione, allowing her to curate a personalized management plan based on your clinical presentation, lifestyle, needs and goals.

All initial consultations are conducted via secure telehealth (Zoom).

In-person services, including device fittings and select treatment components, are scheduled as clinically indicated.

Investment in comprehensive tinnitus care typically ranges from $1,500 to $7,000+, depending on the recommended treatment approach, level of support, technology, and duration of care. Your personalized recommendations, associated costs, and available options will be reviewed with you during your consultation. Flexible payment plans are available.

    An FDA-approved bimodal neuromodulation device that combines sound stimulation with gentle electrical stimulation of the tongue. This dual-modality approach is designed to promote neuroplastic changes in the brain and reduce the perception and burden of tinnitus over time. Appropriate candidacy is determined during consultation.

  • Care may be coordinated with a network of trusted providers, including ENTs, neurologists, oral/TMJ specialists, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and sleep specialists to support whole-person outcomes.

    CBT is one of the most evidence-based approaches for tinnitus management. It focuses on changing the brain’s response to tinnitus reducing distress, improving coping, and enhancing quality of life. Digital therapeutics may be incorporated when appropriate.

  • For individuals already using hearing aids or sound therapy devices obtained elsewhere, this service provides expert guidance, education, and optimization of existing strategies.

  • These sessions focus on general tinnitus and/or sound sensitivity education, management strategies, nervous system regulation, and support resources.

  • A structured approach combining directive counseling and sound therapy to facilitate habituation. TRT may include ear-level sound generators or combination devices depending on hearing profile.

    Device options may include:

  • Complementary tools may be recommended to support symptom relief, particularly in more bothersome or challenging environments.

    These may include:

    • Sound enrichment systems for daytime and nighttime use

    • Integrated sound therapy delivered through hearing devices or mobile applications

  • A comprehensive consultation focused on your hearing needs, lifestyle, and listening goals.

    Please note: Diagnostic hearing tests are not currently offered in-house. Patients must provide a recent comprehensive hearing test (within the past 12 months) prior to their consultation. Results will be reviewed to guide personalized device recommendations.

  • Precision fitting, programming, and ongoing support to optimize performance, comfort, and long-term outcomes.

  • Custom earmolds and earplugs are available for a variety of needs, including sleep, swimming, shooting sports, music, and noisy environments. We also provide custom high-fidelity musician earplugs and in-ear monitors (IEMs) designed for comfort, sound quality, and hearing protection.

    Custom ear impressions are available for individuals who prefer to order products directly from their vendor of choice.

    Dr. Scaglione is a Gold Circle Audiologist with Sensaphonics. Gold Circle Audiologists receive specialized training in hearing conservation and custom in-ear products for musicians, audio professionals, and performing artists.

Financial Policy

Holistic Hearing & Wellness is a private-pay practice and does not participate directly with insurance plans. Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of scheduling.Upon request, appropriate documentation can be provided for patients who wish to independently seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan.

Flexible Payment Options

Flexible payment plans are available through Cherry, allowing eligible patients to divide the cost of care into manageable payments over time. Checking your eligibility is simple and uses a soft credit check that does not impact your credit score. If approved, you can review available payment options, including qualifying 0% APR plans.*

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee. Specific cancellation terms and applicable fees are provided at the time of scheduling. We appreciate your consideration, as advance notice allows us to make the appointment time available to another patient.
