At Holistic Hearing & Wellness, care is never reduced to “there is nothing you can do.”
This is a private, concierge-style practice designed for individuals who expect more from their healthcare. More time. More attention. More thoughtful solutions.
Every patient experience is intentionally designed. We take the time to understand not only your health concerns, but how they are affecting your focus, your energy, your relationships, and your day-to-day life. Your care is never rushed or standardized. It is curated, personal, and built around you.
Our approach integrates hearing health with the nervous system, stress, and overall wellness. Whether you are navigating tinnitus, sound sensitivity, difficulty engaging in conversation, or the effects of ongoing stress and burnout, the goal is to restore a sense of ease and control in your life.
We believe meaningful care begins with listening. By prioritizing what matters most to you, we create space for thoughtful solutions, informed decision-making, and lasting support.

About Dr. Scaglione
Tricia Scaglione, Au.D., MBA, CH-TM, ABAC, DFAAA, CCC-A, FNAP, CH-AP
Dr. Scaglione practices with a level of care shaped by both clinical expertise and personal experience.
Early in her own healthcare journey, she found herself searching for answers and encountering a system that often dismissed what she was experiencing. Appointments felt transactional. Concerns were minimized. Solutions were limited or absent. That experience became the standard she refused to accept for her own patients.
Today, her work is defined by presence, attention, and a commitment to finding answers where others may have stopped. She believes patients deserve to feel heard, to understand what they are experiencing, and to have a thoughtful path forward.
With more than 17 years of experience, Dr. Scaglione has spent much of her career in complex clinical care. At the University of Miami Health System, one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers, she developed and led the Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivities Program, serving as its director for nearly 15 years. Her clinical work has since extended beyond the traditional medical-care setting, including providing care through a national telehealth practice dedicated to tinnitus management.
Throughout her career, she has worked with patients across the full spectrum of complexity including individuals who have been told their case is too complicated, that they simply need to “live with it,” or that little more can be done.
Dr. Scaglione is a nationally recognized, board-certified audiologist with advanced training in tinnitus and mind–body medicine. A Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the National Academies of Practice, she contributes to national and international efforts advancing tinnitus care through clinical leadership, speaking, authorship, education, and advisory work, including service with the American Tinnitus Association.
